In addition to the physical exhibition, we offer a virtual exhibition platform available to sponsors at different level. The virtual exhibition provides a customizable space within the live stream portal, allowing for tailored branding and content presentation. Sponsors have significant flexibility in designing their virtual space, within the following guidelines:

Specification for Portal Materials
Sponsor Banner: 1000px x variable height
Company Logo: 600px x 600px
Profile Text: Up to 500 words
Documents: PDF files only
Links: Please provide external links as needed
Videos: Either upload a video file for hosting on our server or provide a Vimeo URL
Social Media: Provide URLs for Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram

To ensure a seamless integration into the live stream platform, sponsors should submit their materials by May 26, 2025, to gawc@medconcept.org.
