Advertisements in the Congress Programme

If your sponsoring package includes advertisements in the congress programme, please note the following deadlines:

March 15th, 2025 for advertisements in the Preliminary Programme
May 31st, 2025 for advertisements in the Final Programme

Banner / Poster of your Satellite Symposium Programme

If included in your sponsoring package, you are allowed to use one roll up banner for advertising your satellite symposium programme. Alternatively, you can prepare a poster.

The roll up banner can be placed either next to the registration desk (Ground Floor) or within the industrial exhibition (Basement) and is only possible on the day of your satellite symposium.

Please contact gawc@medconcept.org for your individual set-up times for the banner and poster. Please use the keyword “SET-UP-TIME” in the subject of your email.

Suggested dimensions for your poster are DIN A0 (approx. 84 cm wide x 119 cm high) and DIN A1 (approx. 60 cm wide x 84 cm high). Sticky tape to attach the posters is available; Velcro and thumbtacks are not needed. You will receive further information about the precise location your poster on-site at the registration desk. Posters left on the boards after the sessions will be discarded after the congress.
