For the registration of groups and complimentary company staff please use the provided template and send it to gawc@medconcept.org. 

For the registration of complimentary company staff, please contact us to become a contingent manager within our registration tool.
Group registrations are possible until June 9th, 2025 latest.

Please use the keyword “COMPLEMENTARY REGISTRATIONS” in the subject of your email.

If you have not received the sheet, we kindly ask to contact us and we will send the form to you as soon as possible.
Group registrations can be collected within the opening hours of the registration desk.
