Industry Exhibition and Booth Construction

A commercial exhibition will be held at the congress venue, close to the main meeting rooms. If you are interested in participating as an exhibitor, please contact MedConcept’s administration office for further information.

Set-up: Thursday, June 12th, 2025 from 11:00 - 18:00
Disassembly: Saturday, June 14th 2025, 2025 from 17:30


The sponsor is responsible for ensuring that the exhibition stand is set up and dismantled within the timeframes specified by the organizer. Due to non-compliance in previous years, we are compelled to impose a penalty of €5,000 if the designated times are not adhered to.

Nevertheless, the organizer is not liable for any items that are left on the booth. The exhibitors are responsible for any damages they may cause (especially damages of the floor, ceiling, walls and doors). Each exhibitor is responsible for compliance with the local fire protection laws and for their own waste management. Charges may apply if the organizer has to take care of the exhibitor’s waste disposal.

Furnishings
A table incl. table cover, 2 chairs and a power supply will be available at your stand and is included in the sponsorship. Please inform us of any additional requirements at least 14 days in advance. Requests during the event cannot be considered.

Escape routes
Escape routes and emergency exits are to be kept unobstructed and accessible at all times.

If assistance is required for set-up and deconstruction of your booth, please contact us at gawc@medconcept.org. Please use the keyword “ASSISTANCE” in the subject of your email.

Disposal
The hotel reserves the right to charge € 85.00 / 1 m3 for large amounts of packaging material or other waste left behind. A small waste bin and the daily collection of the waste is included in the space rental.

Decoration
For any decorative materials brought along by the exhibitor, an official certificate must be shown verifying that the goods fulfil the fire prevention requirements.

Signage
The fixing of posters, placards or anything else to the walls of the meeting rooms, foyer or any other rooms are not allowed. The hotel will gladly provide you pin boards and flipcharts for a fee.
