Delivery of Goods

Delivery of goods as well as loading and unloading is possible at any time on weekdays between 7:00–14:00. Until 10am, hotel deliveries will be given priority. Exceptions to this must be arranged separately and are dependent on availability.

Event Area – Ground Floor:
The hotel's loading zone is located behind the Esso petrol station in Hochstrasse. The exhibition area can be accessed at ground level. You must bring your own pallet trucks. Please only transport light loads so that the hotel carpet is not damaged. Please remove your vehicle from the loading zone as soon as possible after unloading, as there is only one parking space in the loading yard.

Material delivery
Delivered packages must be labelled with the hotel’s address, date of the event, number of pieces, name of exhibiter and addressor:
