Emailing Pre-Registered Attendees

If included in your sponsoring package, you are entitled to send your own advertisement email to each pre-registered attendee (e.g. for promoting your exhibit or satellite symposium). Please send a ready-made email in HTML format and all needed graphics by May 13th, 2025 to gawc@medconcept.org.
Please use the keyword “EMAILING” in the subject of your email.

You will receive a test email for final confirmation before distribution.
