Inserts for participant bags (300 pieces) should arrive at the congress venue no later than June 9th, 2025 (please do not deliver anything earlier due to limited storage in the venue).

It is very important to mark “For insertion into participant bags” on the boxes and we kindly ask you to deliver exhibition goods and bag inserts separately to:
