There will be a Speakers’ Preview Room provided for all speakers. The Speakers’ Preview Room is located on the ground floor in the Boardroom.

Opening hours
Friday, June 13th, 2025: 07:00–19:30
Saturday, June 14th, 2025: 07:00–18:00

The following facilities will be provided in the room:
– computers (Windows operating system) to review, alter and upload the presentations to the server
– support by technical staff is available 

The conference staff will transfer the presentation from the Speakers’ Preview Room to the corresponding Session Rooms. The presentations should be handed in to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least two hours before the session. All speakers will be able to find their presentations easily on the preview monitor on the lectern in the meeting room or on the laptop in the speakers preview room.
