Access to the symposia rooms
Whether early set-up is possible in your satellite symposium room depends on the program taking place prior to your symposium. For details, please check the congress program at Program 23rd EADO Congress

AV equipment in the symposia rooms 
Within the satellite symposia rooms, the following items are provided in general:

  • Screen(s) + Projector (according to room size)
  • Digital Lectern (1080x1920) incl. Gooseneck microphone
  • Lounge-Set up for2 Chairpersons incl. handheld microphones
  • Comfort monitors on stage for Chairs and Speaker
  • Handheld microphones for Q&A
  • Digital Laser pointer
  • Headset microphones

If you wish to arrange additional AV equipment, please contact the official conference AV contractor:

 

Symposia Program

Please forward the final program of your symposia by February 13, 2027 to the congress secretariat eado@medconcept.org.

The program information must include:

  • title of the symposium
  • title of each presentation incl. duration of each presentation
  • name of chairpersons incl. name, last name, city, country
  • name of speakers incl. professional qualifications and scientific title

Please create the speaker slides in 16:9 format and avoid too much data per slide. Do not include videos or heavy animation into the ppt. If you like to show a video, please forward the file to the technical company as they will handle this separately.
 

Technical Rehearsal

30-minute rehearsal is included in all satellite symposium packages. Please note that this is a technical rehearsal only. Content rehearsals are not permitted. If you wish to have a dress or program rehearsal, please book a separate room.

Evaluation Forms
Evaluation forms can be submitted to the delegates. Please contact us at eado@medconcept.org for further information.
If you would like to evaluate your satellite symposium, please contact us by February 13, 2027, at the latest. The sponsoring company must provide the link to the ready-designed online form or the ready-designed form for emailing.

Live Votings are possible for on-site and virtual participants, by the use of Slido. Please contact us at eado@medconcept.org for further information

 

Branding within the Satellite Symposia Room
The following room branding is allowed shortly to the symposia start time, depending on the day and time of your symposium:

  • roll-ups
  • lectern panel or alternatively file for digital lectern (if available)
