A Speakers’ Preview Room will be available for all speakers and is located on the first floor.

Opening hours:
Thursday, April 15: 07:00 – 18:30
Friday, April 16: 07:00 – 16:00
Saturday, April 17: 07:00 – 11:00

The following facilities will be provided in the room:
Computers (Windows operating system) for reviewing, modifying, and uploading presentations to the server. Technical staff support is available.

The conference staff will transfer presentations from the Speakers’ Preview Room to the respective session rooms. Presentations must be submitted to the Speakers’ Preview Room at least two hours before the session.

Polling and Q&A will be submitted to the chairs of each session via Slido on an iPad.
