Bag inserts can be sent directly to the venue as long as they arrive on April 21-22, 2026.
Packages/palettes arriving earlier will NOT be accepted!

If you want to send the bag inserts earlier, please contact the official logistics partner BECK spedition.

In any case, it is very important to mark “EADO2026 Bag Inserts” on the boxes.
