If you would like to ship your goods, unload/load your goods, book a delivery slot, or rent a storage facility, please contact BECK SPEDITION directly.
Important Deadlines:
- Courier Shipments from EU Countries – delivery deadline to our warehouse: 16.4.2026
- Courier Shipments from NON-EU Countries – delivery deadline to our warehouse: 15.4.2026

Deliveries to the Venue
Deliveries to the venue will be accepted ONLY on April 21-22, 2026, during the following hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Returns
Return deliveries must be arranged directly by the exhibitors. Please note that all return shipments must be coordinated with the official logistics partner BECK SPEDITION, as the venue does not handle outgoing shipments due to cost and insurance constraints.
