Catering can be ordered individually for exhibition stands or meeting rooms. The E-shop for exhibitors works on the principle of delivering drinks and snacks directly to the exhibitor's stand. All orders must be placed in advance of the conference. Please note that the e‑shop is the only option for exhibitors to order refreshments or catering.

 

How does the E-shop work?

• Register as a new user (“REGISTRATION”)

• Log in to the e‑shop

• Select the event (choose by event name)

• Choose the day and time for your order (available 23–25 April 2026, 08:00–16:00)

• Select your items

• Enter the delivery location (stand number or meeting room name)

• Complete payment

 

Important Information

• Each order must be linked to a specific day and time.

• If you require multiple deliveries (e.g., three deliveries in one day), you must place three separate orders.

• The order deadline is 8 April 2026.

• Orders placed after this date will be handled individually via catering@o2universum.cz and will incur a 20% surcharge for last‑minute processing.
