Advertisements in the Congress Program

If your sponsoring package includes advertisements in the congress program, please note the following deadlines:

March 15, 2025 for advertisements in the Preliminary Program*

June 1, 2025 for advertisements in the Final Program**

Required document/file format

1/1-page 210x297 mm (A4) with 3 mm bleed on each side

1/2-page 210x147 mm with 3 mm bleed on each side

2/1-page (double page) 420x297 mm with 3 mm bleed on each side

Resolution: 300 dpi Setting copy: PDF x3 ICC-colour-profile:

* from this date on, adverstiments will be included in the preliminary program. Adverstisements submitted later will be included as well.

Banner of your Satellite Symposium Program

If included in your sponsoring package, you are allowed to use one roll up banner for advertising your satellite symposium program.

 

The roll up banner can be placed either next to the registration desk (Ground Floor) or within the industrial exhibition (1. floor) and is only possible on the day of your satellite symposium.
