Return Deliveries & Storage

Return deliveries must be arranged directly by exhibitors. The hotel does not handle outgoing shipments due to cost and insurance constraints.

Return shipments can be coordinated with the hotel's service associates upon providing a written confirmation of cost coverage. Exhibitors must inform the hotel's service team of the exact collection dates and label all return shipments accordingly.

Please note that unlabeled shipments without pick-up details will be discarded, and a fee will be charged for disposal.
Return shipments up to a volume of 1m³ can be stored free of charge in the incoming goods department. For larger volumes, the hotel will charge a porter fee of €35.00 per hour.

There is no designated storage facility available. Exhibitors are responsible for storing their packaging and other items independently. If storage space is required, meeting rooms may be rented for this purpose, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
