Emailing Pre-Registered Attendees

If included in your sponsoring package, you can send your advertisement email to each pre-registered attendee (e.g., promoting your exhibit or satellite symposium). Please send a ready-made email in HTML format, along with all necessary graphics, by June 1, 2025, to epcm@medconcept.org.

You will receive a test email for final confirmation before distribution.
