In addition to the physical exhibition, we offer a virtual exhibition platform available to sponsors at the Silver level and above.
The virtual exhibition provides a customizable space within the live stream portal, allowing for tailored branding and content presentation.
Sponsors have significant flexibility in designing their virtual space, within the following guidelines:
Room Setup and Capacity
Seating: 450 seats in a classroom + theater-style setup
Entrances: The room has three entrances, all of which will be open for access.
Ceiling Height: 4.3 meters
Speaker Lectern
Vertical plasma screen in front of the lectern displaying the speaker's name and logo (9:16 format)
Horizontal plasma screen on the lectern (16:9, 1080 x 1920 px Full HD resolution)
Dimensions: 1.22m high x 0.76m wide x 0.55m deep
Custom branding is possible; please send a PowerPoint file with your company logo and speaker names to epcm@medconcept.org by June 16, 2025.
Name changes will be managed by the AV supplier from the technical operations area.
Stage Setup
Stage Dimensions: 0.40 meters high x 8 meters wide x 4 meters deep
Printed Backwall: 3 meters high x 20 meters wide
Discussion Setup: Up to four chairs can be arranged in a semicircle on stage for panel discussions. There will be no table nameplates for this setup.

Two projection screens (3.00 m x 1.70 m, 16:9 format) on stage and Two delay screens on the sides
Two 12,000 ANSI lumen projectors

Lighting system illuminating the lectern and the head table
