Meeting Rooms

A few meeting rooms are available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis. Please let us know if you are interested in booking a private meeting room during the congress by sending an email with the subject “MEETING ROOM” and your first specifications to eortc-cltg@medconcept.org.

AV equipment, internet, and catering are not included.

Storage

If you require storage facilities during the congress, please let us know. Space can be rented from the venue for this purpose.
