Deliveries to the Venue
Set-up of the exhibition takes place on Wednesday, 7 October 2026. All goods should be delivered between 08:00 and 17:00 that day. Smaller parcels can be delivered on October 5th already.
Exceptions must be arranged separately with the Congress Secretariat and are dependent on availability.
Material delivery
Delivered packages must be labelled with the venue address, date of the event, stand number, name of exhibitor and addressor:

The earliest package acceptance date must be agreed with the venue in advance. Variations of the delivery period must be arranged with the venue beforehand. The venue will not pay customs fees.
Returns
Return deliveries must be arranged directly by the exhibitors. Please note that the venue does not handle outgoing shipments due to cost and insurance constraints.
