Exhibition

Booth Construction
All booth dimensions and placements are specified in the floor plan. The maximum booth height is 2.50 meters.

Any visible outer walls must be designed neutrally and may not display company logos or similar branding.

The booth concept should be open and inviting, meaning no barriers or more than one sidewall are allowed.

Dismantling of the exhibition stand can be started on Saturday, 10 October 2026 from 13:00.

Exhibitors are responsible for any damage they may cause (especially to floors, ceilings, walls and doors). Each exhibitor is responsible for compliance with the local fire-protection laws and for their own waste management. Charges may apply if the organiser must take care of the exhibitor’s waste disposal.

Furnishings
A table including 2 chairs and a power supply will be available at your stand and is included in the sponsorship packages. Please inform us of any additional requirements at least 21 days in advance. Requests during the event cannot be considered.

Escape routes
Escape routes and emergency exits must be kept unobstructed and accessible at all times.
