Access to the symposia rooms
Whether early set-up is possible in your satellite symposium room depends on the program taking place prior to your symposium. For details, please check the congress program.
AV equipment in the symposia rooms
Within the satellite symposia room, the following items are provided in general:
- Screen(s) + Projector (according to room size)
- Digital Lectern (1080x1920) incl. Gooseneck microphone
- Lounge-Set up for Chairpersons incl. handheld microphones
- Comfort monitors on stage for Chairs and Speaker
- Handheld microphones for Q&A
- Digital Laser pointer
- Headset microphones
Symposia Program
Please forward the final program of your symposia by July 31, 2026 to the congress secretariat eortc-cltg@medconcept.org.
The program information must include:
- title of the symposium
- title of each presentation incl. duration of each presentation
- name of chairpersons incl. name, last name, city, country
- name of speakers incl. professional qualifications and scientific title
Please create the speaker slides in 16:9 format and avoid too much data per slide. Do not include videos or heavy animation into the ppt. If you like to show a video, please forward the file to the technical company as they will handle this separately.
Technical Rehearsal
30-minute rehearsal is included in all satellite symposium packages.
Rehearsals are possible on:
Wednesday, 7 October 2026 (afternoon)
Please note: rehearsals are purely for technical purposes. They are not to be used for adjustments to content or briefing the speakers.
