Advertisements in the Congress Programme

If your sponsoring package includes advertisements in the congress programme, please note the following deadlines:

September 24, 2026 for advertisements in the Preliminary Programme*

October 18, 2026 for advertisements in the Final Programme**

Platinum & Gold Sponsors: 1/1-page 210x297 mm (A4) with 3 mm bleed on each side

Silver & Bronze Sponsors: 1/2-page 210x147 mm with 3 mm bleed on each side

Resolution: 300 dpi Setting copy: PDF x3 ICC-colour-profile:

Banner of your Satellite Symposium Program

If included in your sponsoring package, you are allowed to use one roll up banner for advertising your satellite symposium programme.

 

The roll up banner can be placed either next to the registration desk or within the industrial exhibition and is only possible on the day of your satellite symposium.
