Seating: 350 seats in a classroom + theater-style setup
Entrances: The room has three entrances, all of which will be open for access.

Speaker Lectern
Vertical plasma screen in front of the lectern displaying the speaker's name and logo (9:16 format)

Horizontal plasma screen on the lectern (16:9, 1080 x 1920 px Full HD resolution)

Dimensions: 1.22m high x 0.76m wide x 0.55m deep

Custom branding is possible; please send a PowerPoint file with your company logo and speaker names to epcm@medconcept.org by June 10, 2027.

Name changes will be managed by the AV supplier from the technical operations area.

Stage Setup
Stage Dimensions: 0.40 meters high x 8 meters wide x 2,5 meters deep
Printed Backwall: 2.90 meters high x 20 meters wide
Discussion Setup: Up to four chairs can be arranged in a semicircle on stage for panel discussions. There will be no table nameplates for this setup.

Two LED screens (135") on stage and one delay screen on the sides PA system
Lighting system illuminating the lectern and the head table
Two AV technicians on-site
