Submission Deadline

Sunday, 01st November 2026 

We are pleased to invite all registrars attending UK Gynae-Oncologist Meeting (UKGOM), to submit interesting clinical cases for presentation and discussion during our Case Panel Sessions.

You can submit cases in the following areas:
• Ovarian Cancer
• Endometrial Cancer
• Advanced Endometrial Cancer
• Vulval Cancer
• Cervical Cancer
• Vaginal Cancer

Selected cases will be presented by the submitting author and discussed live by our expert panelists during the sessions.

 

Format:

Please submit your case by email to ukgom@medconcept.org as a PDF or Word document with a maximum length of one page.
 

Structure:

  • Case title
  • Background / patient history
  • Key findings
  • Diagnosis
  • Management and outcome

Accepted cases will be presented onsite in a 3–4 slide presentation during the meeting.

Please ensure that your submission is clear, concise, and focused on the key educational aspects of the case.
