Ready-to-Book Sponsorship Packages
Prefer a quick decision? The following packages are pre-configured for each level and can be booked as a single unit. They contain no exclusive items, so several sponsors may book the same package — and of course you can always build your own custom configuration from the catalogue instead.
How the packages work
Packages are fixed bundles. They are booked exactly as listed — items within a package cannot be removed, exchanged, or substituted. If you would like a different combination, please use Path B (Build Your Own Configuration, chapter 4) and assemble any selection from the catalogue.
Each package carries a small added value. You pay only the level threshold amount, while the combined list value of the included items is higher — the difference is your package benefit.
Discounts apply on top. You can always add further items on top of a package. All such additional items receive your level discount (Silver 5 %, Gold 10 %, Platinum 15 %), which applies to everything booked beyond the package.
All values are net (excl. VAT). All prices below represent the package list value; you pay the threshold amount.
Platinum Package — 150,000 € · with 60-min Platinum Main Room Symposium
A Platinum-only 60-minutes symposium without parallel program, a large booth, comprehensive on-screen and venue presence, plus symposium recording and on-demand hosting.
