How it works - Two Paths to Sponsorship

EADO 2027 offers a flexible sponsorship model with two ways to participate:


Path A — Book a Ready-to-Book Package

Choose one of four pre-configured packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) at exactly the level threshold. The packages contain no exclusive items, so multiple sponsors can book the same package. Quick, simple, and guaranteed level qualification.

Path B — Build Your Own Configuration

Start with the mandatory Logo Visibility Package (2,500 €), then add items freely from the catalogue. Your sponsorship level is determined automatically by the total net value of all booked items.

 

Step by step (custom path)

1.  Start with the mandatory item. Every sponsor automatically includes the Logo Visibility Package (2,500 €), placing your logo on the congress website, the on-site Sponsors Wall, and in the printed final program.

2.  Add items from the catalogue. Choose freely across digital visibility, print, on-site screens, venue branding, attendee materials, scientific engagement, registration tickets, and satellite symposia. Add a booth at 1,400 €/m² (minimum 4 m²).

3.  Your level is calculated automatically. As soon as your total reaches a threshold, you qualify for the corresponding level and receive all of its benefits — bonus On-Demand tickets, priority slot selection, ceremony mentions, and the discount on additional items.

4.  Confirm & book. Submit the reservation form. Allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis; exclusive items and symposium slots are confirmed in writing.

Booking Rules & Allocation

  • The Logo Visibility Package (2,500 €) is mandatory for every sponsor.
  • Sponsorship levels are determined automatically by the total net value of all booked items.
  • Platinum-reserved symposium slots can only be confirmed if the total order qualifies for Platinum (≥ 150,000 €).
  • Gold-reserved symposium slots can only be confirmed if the total qualifies for Gold or higher (≥ 100,000 €).
  • Exclusive items (marked ◆) are allocated first come, first served; each is sold to one sponsor only.
  • Booth space is sold separately at 1,400 € / m², minimum 4 m². Furniture and construction are not included.
  • Give-aways distributed at a booth are treated as Bag Inserts and charged accordingly (see 6.5).
  • Coffee breaks and beverages are included for all participants; lunch is on a self-pay basis. Booth and symposium catering can be arranged on request.
  • Symposium programs are subject to approval by the EADO Scientific Committee. Speaker costs are not included.
  • Allocation priority for symposium slots: Platinum > Gold > Silver > Bronze, in order of confirmed booking.
  • All prices are net in EUR and subject to 19 % German VAT. Cancellation terms apply per the General Terms & Conditions.
